Rich Dec

Rich Dec is the founder of Peak Stride Advisors. He has been partnering with leading organizations across the globe for 20+ years to improve business performance and human outcomes.

Prior to founding Peak Stride Advisors, he was a founding member at Vega Factor and led the High Performance Practice.

Prior to that he led Great Place to Work's culture transformation practice and internal efforts to be a great place to work.

He has also had leadership roles at Accenture, Evolve Partners, and Kurt Salmon Associates.

He has a B.S. in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

He completed Teleos Leadership Institute's Executive Coaching Program.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, reading, and exercising.
